The TIE is a biometric identity card with your photo and fingerprint which acts as proof of your right to reside in Spain.

All non EU citizens, UK citizens now included, who have been accepted for residency in Spain are required to apply for a TIE, Tarjeta de Identidad Extranjera.

If you already live in Spain and have the green residency card (NIE), you can replace this with the TIE.

To apply, complete the below form, send it to us and then all you need to do is attend the two appointments that we will book for you at your nearest Police Station with the required documentation.
